For those of you that have Facebook knew about this yesterday. For the rest of you, this is one of the
saddest news that I had to pass along to you. I knew this person for my entire life in PV8 and I am sad to announce that
Ken Taylor, charter member of PV8, died on Sunday, September 6 at Noble Hospital in Westfield.
It was at his house, 8 Greylock Street in Westfield that Pioneer Valley Chapter 8 was formed. He was in
the chapter for all 49 years of it's existance (since September 28, 1960). Ken and his wife Barbara did so much for the chapter
throughout the years. He still went camping everytime that he could. When Barbara died in 1997, he still continued on with
life and still did things for the chapter. He knew everything about the chapter and NAFCA that he could tell you. He was there
when you needed his help during the campshow and other chapter events that he went to. Ken will be missed in the chapter and
the Westfield community.
